Jump and Fit Classes

Monday and Thursday 9:30am to 10:30am

 

Come join the fun in these high-energy/ zero impact cardio exercise classes.  These classes are a great alternative to a traditional cardio workout, and you’ll have way more fun as you burn fat, burn calories, and build muscle.  Why exercise on a hard surface?  The forgiving surface of a trampoline absorbs up to 87% of shock, reducing your risk of injury and giving you a workout that’s easy on your back and knees.  You’ll also be working your core throughout the entire class as working on an unstable surface requires you to keep your core engaged the entire time.


Working on a trampoline allows you to work harder and longer than most workouts because your energy is not being used to absorb the shock of a hard surface.  The calorie burn is comparable to jogging, but with no stress to the joints of the lower body.  Plus, it’s a lot more fun to bounce with your friends to some energy pumping tunes!


This is a perfect workout for all levels of participants.  We will combine aerobics with sports-specific movements, plyometrics, strength training drills, kickboxing, and interval training, and more.  You’ll see changes in your body and your endurance that you haven’t seen with other types of cardio classes.   You’ll be amazed at your enthusiasm as you bring the fun back into your fitness routine.
